Contexte du poste
Nous recherchons un Test Manager expérimenté pour intervenir chez l'un de nos clients grands comptes au Luxembourg dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique à long terme. Le consultant sera responsable de la coordination des activités de test au sein de plusieurs équipes, tout en apportant une expertise opérationnelle en tests manuels et automatisés.
Responsabilités
Définir et piloter la stratégie de test (plan de test, environnement, outils, risques)
Coordonner et encadrer les équipes de test (internes et/ou externes)
Assurer le suivi de l'avancement, la qualité des livrables et le respect des délais
Contribuer activement aux tests fonctionnels et techniques (manuels et automatisés)
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projet, développement, qualité, métiers et infrastructure
Mettre en place des indicateurs et reporting réguliers pour les parties prenantes
Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de test
Profil recherché
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de tests, dont une expérience significative en management d'équipe
Maîtrise des tests manuels et automatisés (outils type Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.)
Bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile, DevOps ou V-model
Excellent relationnel, sens de l'organisation, leadership
Français et Anglais professionnels obligatoires
Atouts appréciés
Expérience dans des environnements complexes (secteur public, finance, assurance, IT infra...)
Certifications ISTQB, PMP, ou équivalent
Expérience dans des contextes multi-projets ou multi-équipes
