**Join us as ICT Governance & Outsourcing Officer**

**What you will be doing**:
Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
You’ll be part of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team where you will support the ICT processes. The team is located in Luxembourg but provides services to the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France, and soon other countries). You will be reporting to the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Manager and working closely with various teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.
Main responsibilities will include:

- Support the Satispay Group’s IT Support Team with maintaining the inventory on physical assets such as laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices;
- Review and update the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documents;
- Perform and report on the actual test;
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to draft, review or updated ICT Governance & Outsourcing team’s policies and procedure;
- Resolve any findings resulting from the Compliance monitoring program in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Be the point of contact for all audit requests relating to matters under the responsibility of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team.

You have/are:

- 3+ years of proven experience in ICT fields and functions;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels;
- Analytical & Result oriented mindset and not afraid to fail and improve by learning on the job;
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal;
- B1 or B2 level in Italian is considered as an asset;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields is a plus.

**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Luxembourg with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Stock option plan available.
