**Role Overview**

As a** Senior ICT Third-Party & Outsourcing Specialist**, you'll be part of the ICT Governance & Outsourcing Management team. In this role, you will oversee all reporting related to the Satispay Group's outsourcing arrangements for both internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure thorough oversight of all outsourced service providers, with a particular focus on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will support the entire lifecycle management of ICT third parties, from selection through to termination, including their classification and necessary reporting.

Your mission:

- ** Framework Compliance**. Leverage over 4 years of experience to ensure the Outsourcing framework aligns with EBA guidelines, driving regulatory compliance in all outsourcing activities.
- ** Risk Assessment**. Lead risk assessments for outsourcing and ICT third-party arrangements, analyzing potential impacts, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- ** Auditing**. Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, overseeing audit processes related to outsourcing, and ensuring clear, transparent communication.
- ** Reporting**. Continuously monitor and report on outsourcing and ICT third-party arrangements, providing management with comprehensive updates for oversight and control.
- ** Training**. Design and deliver training sessions on outsourcing and ICT third-party management to enhance internal expertise and support adherence to regulatory standards.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Regulatory Expertise**. With over 4 years in Vendor/Third Party and Outsourcing management, you bring proven experience in regulatory compliance and oversight.
- ** EU Regulatory Knowledge**. You possess in-depth knowledge of EU regulations on ICT Third Party and Outsourcing management, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- ** Risk Management**. You bring demonstrated experience in risk management and internal controls, with the ability to establish and oversee a risk management framework.
- ** Agile Proficiency**. You’re adept at operating in agile environments, effectively responding to dynamic project requirements and promoting workflow efficiency.
- ** Team Collaboration**. You are skilled in working with diverse teams, fostering inclusivity and cohesion to achieve shared goals in complex organizational settings.
- ** Communication Skills**. You bring excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Italian language skills considered a plus.
