Our client is an alternative investment fund management company (AIFM) specialising in Private Equity & Real Estate, based in Strassen. Their team is small, dynamic and works in a pleasant, stress-free atmosphere. We are currently looking for a new Corporate Officer to join them as they are expanding rapidly and need to strengthen the team._

**_ Corporate Officer_**_ - Your Role :_**
- Main responsibilities :_
- _ Administrative and legal management of private equity funds_
- _ Launch of corporate and SPV funds_
- _ Supervision of the entire life cycle of a fund from a legal point of view_
- _ AML/KYC compliance tasks, including screening and checking consistency of information_
- _ Preparation and follow-up of legal and administrative files_
- _ Occasional support to the team on various administrative and operational tasks_
- _ Possibility of taking on increased responsibilities as Fund Administrator over time_

**_ Corporate Officer_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- _ Autonomy, insight and ability to solve complex problems_
- _ Good knowledge of Luxembourg legislation applicable to investment funds_
- _ Legal background essential of minimum 2 years in service provider or law firm _
- _Bachelor in Law _
- _Experience in launching and managing funds (corporate and SPV)_
- _ Versatility and adaptability in a dynamic environment_
- _ Attention to detail and rigour in administrative tasks_
- _ Good understanding of AML/KYC procedures_
- _ Ability to work effectively in a small team_
- _ Fluency in French and English required, Italian an asset_
