**Corporate Officer - Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage corporate and administrative aspects related to the launch and management of funds, including SPV funds.
- Create and maintain a strong legal structure with in-depth knowledge of AML/KYC regulations.
- Use a daily screening system to verify the accuracy of data (around 30% of the time dedicated to AML, the rest to corporate tasks).
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
- Utilize an internal document management system, mainly in Italian (translation tools available if needed).
**Fund Corporate Officer - Desired Profile**:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg, with solid expertise in fund management, corporate law, and compliance.
- Advanced language skills in French, English, and Italian (a major asset).
- Ability to quickly adapt and take on varied responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Autonomy and capacity to integrate into a new role quickly without intensive supervision.
**Fund Corporate Officer - Conditions and Benefits**:
- Salary between 60 000€ and 70 000€ per year, depending on experience.
