**Mission**:

- You will join the Multi-Asset team in Luxembourg which consists of seven highly experienced asset allocation experts.

The Multi-Asset team has a very long and established track record in multi-asset fund management and has more than 90% of its broad range of funds ranked 3, 4 or 5 stars (Morningstar). Accelerating the development of the ESG fund range has more recently been essential to meet customer needs.

**Responsabilité**:

- Daily management of multi-asset funds (of funds): implementation of strategies, portfolio monitoring, management of investment and risk exposures.
- Close monitoring of the performance of funds under responsibility including follow-up of underlying instruments/strategies. Analysis of performance attribution, peer group ranking.
- Participation to the team’s internal committees, bring and follow investment ideas.
- Improvement of operational efficiency: propose ideas and solution to streamline the operational process.
- Participation to the implementation of Candriam’s new Portfolio Management system.

**Profil**:

- Master Degree in Finance (engineering or business school)
- Solid understanding of financial markets and macro-economic knowledge
- Strong IT capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, reliable
- Flexible, open to change, collaborative.
- Good communication skills
- French / English
