**Overview**: The team Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the team which primarily includes managing the daily workflow and staff schedules, in addition to providing assistance to staff members for escalation items. The Manager will report directly to the Transfer Agency Senior Manager (VP). **Responsibilities**: - Management of the daily workflow within the team to ensure all work is completed in accordance with client SLA's and internal Citi policies and procedures. - Ensure the team operates effectively within the TA and Fund Operations structure, building strong working relationships. - Ensure the team maintains up to date, written procedures for all the team's responsibilities and actively monitor that these are adhered to. - Play a lead role in formulating new procedures and controls for existing and new business including implementation of approved procedures in a controlled manner within the operations team - Ensure the staff levels within the team are adequate to meet the team's responsibilities, effectively managing annual leave, cross training requirements and recruitment, escalating any resource issues - Build trusted working relationships with the TA clients serviced within the team, which includes active participation in client meetings. - Play an active role in the on boarding of new clients and in the development of new initiatives for existing clients - Manage and mentor your direct reports, actively engaging with them through team and individual meetings and the staff performance process - To work with the team, internal departments on any allocated projects. - Achievement of monthly KPIs - Responsible for executing and completing projects within the department. **Knowledge/Skills**: - Experience in completing operational rebate processes across multiple products - Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of dividends and/or payments - Experience developing and managing relationships with internal contacts and clients. - Ability to review and resolve complex issues working under pressure meeting challenging deadlines - Strong analytical skills. - Working as part of a team to meet common objectives - Ability to identify process and service improvements. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - A flexible and team orientated approach to work **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
