**Contenu de la fonction**:
L’équipe Enterprise Information Security & Compliance (ESC) est l’instance de référence pour la coordination et le pilotage des activités en lien avec la sécurité de l’information, la gestion des risques, la conformité opérationnelle, la continuité des opérations des activités de Proximus Luxembourg vers ses clients et vers ses employés.

Au sein de l’équipe, les principales activités seront:

- Le suivi et la prise en compte des évolutions régulatoires, des normes, de la stratégie locale ou du groupe Proximus
- L’animation du système de gestion: définition et suivi du plan d’action pour une mise/maintien de la conformité (en particulier sur la gestion des risques en avec l’informatique et sur la sécurité informatique)
- La mise en place/maintien d’un plan d’action en matière de conformité (CAP) afin d’assurer une vue réaliste de la maturité, et de cibler les actions à entreprendre par les parties-prenantes responsables.
- La mise en place, le maintien et l’amélioration de notre « Integrated Management System» (ISO9001, ISO27001 et autres)

**Profil**:
Vous avez une bonne compréhension du contexte régulatoire applicable au Luxembourg notamment dans notre rôle de PSF de support (en particulier les circulaires CSSF types 20/750 - 21/769) est un avantage ainsi que la connaissance des normes 27001/22301/31000.

Vous devrez pouvoir conjuguer le travail en autonomie avec un grand esprit de collaboration.

Vous serez amené à collaborer de manière transverse avec tout le personnel, en particulier vos collègues de l’équipe ESC, les membres de la « Quality Team » et le département « Legal & Regulatory ».

- Des capacités pédagogiques à présenter et à expliquer un sujet
- Un esprit d’équipe
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, le luxembourgeois et l’allemand constituant un avantage
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des logiciels usuels de bureautique.
