We are currently looking for a Senior Communication Specialist to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As part of a mission within the financial sector, you will contribute to the definition and implementation of communication activities supporting business initiatives, internal services and organisational projects. You will play a key role in stakeholder communication, communication planning, branding activities and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide communication support for key projects, initiatives and organisational activities.
Coordinate communication campaigns and branding initiatives.
Prepare and manage communication plans in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Create and review communication materials, presentations and awareness campaigns.
Coordinate the production of multimedia content and visual communication materials.
Develop and manage employee engagement and feedback initiatives, including surveys.
Support communication towards management, employees and external stakeholders.
Ensure consistency of messaging across different communication channels.
Monitor communication activities and provide reporting on communication performance.
Contribute to communication governance and stakeholder engagement activities.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience in communication strategy development and implementation.
Proven experience in corporate and internal communication.
Experience coordinating communication campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities.
Strong writing, editing and presentation skills.
Experience creating communication materials for different audiences.
Knowledge of branding and communication best practices.
Experience managing communication projects in an international environment.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Profile:

Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in communication and stakeholder engagement .
Proven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
Experience in large international organisations is considered a strong asset.
Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
Fluency in English; French is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
