We are looking for an IT Account Manager to represent the IT organization for the Legal, Institutional Affairs, and Corporate Communications (IA&CC) functions. This role ensures effective planning, prioritization, and execution of IT initiatives and services supporting these business areas. Acting as the single point of accountability, the Account Manager manages business demand, budget, and service delivery performance while maintaining strong alignment with Ferrero's IT strategy, architecture, and ecosystem. 

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will act as the primary IT contact for the Legal and IA&CC functions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. You will manage business demand by collecting, assessing, and prioritizing new requirements while balancing strategic value, urgency, and available capacity. As the owner of the IT budget for these functions, you will oversee annual planning, forecasting, and tracking to ensure full transparency on actuals versus targets. 



You will be responsible for the overall portfolio of IT initiatives, ensuring that projects and enhancements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the target architecture and compliance requirements. Working closely with IT delivery and service management teams, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of key platforms such as Contract Lifecycle Management, compliance, governance, and communication systems. 



The role also ensures that all IT solutions and vendors operate in compliance with internal governance models, regulatory standards, and data protection frameworks, including GDPR, the AI Act, and the EAA. You will monitor and report on service KPIs, risks, and issues, driving corrective actions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Finally, you will lead process optimization and digitalization initiatives (including AI innovation) across Legal and IA&CC, supporting strategic programs that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and business value through technology enablement.  

About You:

With an academic background in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields, you combine business acumen with technical literacy. A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage, reinforcing your structured approach to planning and execution. 



You bring 5–10 years of experience in IT account management, business relationship management, or IT project portfolio management, ideally within a multinational FMCG environment. Experience supporting Legal or Corporate Affairs functions is a plus. 



Your technical grounding allows you to manage systems and vendors confidently across solutions such as MS365, ServiceNow, iCertis, OneTrust, and Copilot, with a working knowledge of SAP integration principles. Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management frameworks to ensure you can effectively oversee operational performance. 



You excel at stakeholder management, balancing precision and transparency in a compliance-driven environment. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and an engineering mindset enable you to translate business needs into efficient, scalable, and secure IT solutions.
