Notre client est un acteur fintech innovant et en forte croissance, actif dans le secteur des actifs numériques et de la monnaie électronique. Basée au Luxembourg, son équipe est internationale, dynamique et portée par la technologie.
L'entreprise combine l'agilité d'une start-up avec les exigences élevées d'une institution financière régulée.
Vos missions :- Définir et piloter la stratégie financière de l'entreprise.
- Superviser l'ensemble des fonctions Finance et garantir la conformité réglementaire.
- Assurer la fiabilité du reporting financier et accompagner la prise de décision stratégique.
- Structurer et optimiser les processus financiers pour soutenir la croissance.
- Manager et développer l'équipe Finance dans un environnement international.
- Formation supérieure en Finance, Comptabilité ou Audit.
- Expérience confirmée en finance avec management d'équipe, idéalement en environnement réglementé.
- Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité, du reporting et de la trésorerie.
- Intérêt marqué pour les actifs numériques et les nouvelles technologies financières.
- Profil analytique, autonome et orienté solutions, avec un très bon niveau en français et en anglais.
- Poste stratégique avec fort impact sur la structure et la performance financière.
- Large autonomie et rôle clé dans la prise de décision.
- Environnement international, innovant et en forte évolution.
- Rémunération attractive selon profil et expérience.

- Localisation : Luxembourg-ville.
