Your next challenge:
- Transversal role to support other Agile Operations in the implementation of processes, systems, and cross-functional methods to ensure coherence and optimization of Agile Operations services
- Participate in defining and monitoring the Operations roadmap, including projects, training, tools, and processes
- Support the monitoring of the portfolio of Operations projects transversally
- Identify potential improvements in business processes in T24 such as automations or organizational changes
- Drive the analysis of business ideas by challenging them in light of their strategic alignment and business case
- Development of One page (dashboards) that synthesizes the volume and key performance and risk indicators (KPI/KRI) to assess the effectiveness of operations and processes
- Business analysis and requirements gathering for identified improvements in T24.
- Define, coordinate and ensure implementation of the required communication and change management plan to ensure that the project's deliverables are smoothly integrated in the existing environment
- Support for the regular review of operational processes to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Your skills:
- Project management, presentation skills
- Master degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Economy or Engineering
- Fluent in English and French
- Broad knowledge of the banking sector, in particular of the Operational part, with an in depth knowledge of at least one of its domains (assets, securities, payments, risk, liabilities…)
- Microsoft pack (especially PPT), T24 and Salesforce
- Successful experiences in project management
- 10 years in project management or in PMO
- Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope/direction
- Strong soft skills
- Excellent presentation skills
