Vos missions
- Vous élaborez des projets sur base des demandes des clients internes ou externes et des recommandations de l'Asset Management
- Vous rédigez les offres incluant les conditions spécifiques aux projets pour les clients
- Vous demandez les autorisations et négociez les solutions envisageables avec les administrations et privés
- Vous traitez la gestion des commandes, ordres de factures, devis et conventions avec les clients
- Vous élaborez les bordereaux de soumission ensemble avec les bureaux d'études (tranchées, postes 20kV, tableaux de distribution, …)
- Vous coordonnez l'exécution du projet entre les différents intervenants
- Vous planifiez et surveillez l'exécution des projets
- Vous contrôlez les délais d'exécution et les coûts, assistez à des réunions de chantier, établissez les PPSS, supervisez la sécurité des chantiers en commun avec les bureaux de coordination sécurité, contrôlez les comptes rendus, les métrés et validez les factures relatives aux projets
- Vous réalisez les décomptes des projets et faites le contrôle de la saisi des données dans GIS et SAP
Votre profil
- Détenteur d'un diplôme Bachelor en ingénierie - filière électrotechnique ou équivalent
- Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de projets et des fortes compétences en négociation
- Vous êtes orienté client et vous avez un esprit d'équipe prononcé
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et autonome dans l'exécution de vos tâches
- Vous êtes force de proposition, dynamique et orienté résultats
- Maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise, française, allemande et anglaise
