Key Account Management

A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you’ll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Key Account Management Department.

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Taking responsibility for getting RFQs, winning new projects and managing all commercial topics related to the OEM(s)/Original Equipment Manufacturer and Tier 1 customers within their Key Account
- Having customer intelligence and getting information regarding Key Account strategy, organization structure and future product demands
- Developing a Key Account strategy
- Developing good relationships with staff from different levels and departments within their Key Account and ensuring excellent service
- Developing and delivering customer presentations
- Providing meeting minutes for all customer meetings to the company
- Preparing Key Account price strategies, quotations
- Compiling and updating the Key Account sales forecasts and analyses
- Managing all customer communication as “one face to the customer”
- Following the IEE sales procedures
- Participating in fairs
- Visiting customer premises

**You would need to meet the following requirements**:

- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- Experience within a technical sales environment
- Previous experience within the automotive sector is considered an asset
- Good skills in MS Office
- Result oriented person with a service minded attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Italian, German or French knowledge is considered an asset
