**Your responsibilities**:

- Developing and defining the Business Line strategy and product roadmap, aligned with the overall company strategy
- Developing sales forecasts / revenue planning of the Business Line, giving input to the corporate business and budget plan
- Developing and continuously updating project/program schedules in line with available resources and the given budgets, and assessing impact on yearly budget definition
- Deciding on pricing/profit strategy per product and on final pricing/profit per single project
- Scanning of new business opportunities and evaluation of profitability in all regions, promotion of profitable new product developments
- Responsible for P&L, tracking and reporting of Business Line performance and defining measures to improve performance
- Interacting with other Business Lines, local regions and country teams in order to maximize the success and development of the Business Line on global scale
- Balancing customer requirements with IEE’s platform strategy

**Your profile**:

- Academic degree in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or a comparable degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering, development, sales or product management domain in automotive industry
- Know-how in development of electromechanical products / automotive interior products
- Experience as manager of a team with budget responsibility
- Strong structuring, conceptual, analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities in his team
- Ability to represent and interact with client on senior level
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Role model for his team in terms of leadership, drive, ambition and assertiveness for the overall success of the Business Line
- Strong communication skills and ability to moderate among diverging interests
- Fluency in English is mandatory, any additional language is considered an asset
