pour accompagner la transformation des pratiques de test et renforcer la culture qualité au sein des équipes Agile.

Vos missions :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de test agile intégrée (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Promouvoir la culture qualité et l'approche Shift Left.
  • Former et coacher les équipes sur les outils et méthodologies de test agile.
  • Collaborer avec les Scrum Masters, Test Managers et Automaticiens pour optimiser le processus global.
  • Identifier les axes d'amélioration continue et garantir la cohérence des pratiques.

  • Expertise en méthodologies agiles et pratiques de test.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion et d'automatisation des tests (Azure DevOps, Jira, Selenium, Tosca…).
  • Leadership collaboratif, pédagogie et sens de la communication.
  • Connaissance des outils d'automatisation (ex. : Tosca, Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Cucumber etc.) et des concepts CI/CD)
  • Connaissance et savoir-faire dans la mise en place des approches BDD (Behavior Driven Development) et ATDD (Acceptance Test-Driven Development)
  • Expérience en transformation organisationnelle orientée qualité.
