About the role:
 

Reports to Senior Tax Manager/Associate Director

The purpose of this position is to assist the tax team with the day-to-day administration tasks of tax compliance and reporting under the direction of a Senior Tax Manager / Associate Director.

Key responsibilities:

  • Log and track correspondence from tax authorities in Luxembourg and the UK (including organising, scanning, archiving, and using tax automation tools)
  • Maintain accurate tax records and documentation in compliance with local regulations
  • Support tax compliance processes, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax
  • Help with tracking deadlines and ensuring timely submissions
  • Liaise with tax authorities and respond to routine queries
  • Use tax software and internal systems for data entry and reporting
  • Assist with billing and revenue reporting
  • Assist with the management of tax opportunities through Salesforce

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French (other languages will be considered an asset)
  • Hold a university degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar position is a plus, but not required
  • Organisational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced computer literacy skills are essential
  • Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts

We will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also for professional qualifications to enhance both your professional development and ability to provide sound administration services. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
