We are recruiting for our Luxembourg office a:

Junior AML / KYC Officer – 40h/week – Permanent Contract (CDI)

Responsibilities and Tasks

(non-exhaustive list)

Integrated within our Compliance department, you will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new business relationships
  • Handling daily requests
  • Reporting
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) name checks
  • Applying internal procedures
  • Periodic review of Know Your Customer (KYC) files
  • Verifying collected data
  • Preparing client acceptance committee meetings and follow-up
Your Profile
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in compliance
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a fiduciary or law firm
  • You are proficient in MS Office tools
  • You communicate fluently in French and English; knowledge of other languages is considered a real asset
  • You have strong teamwork and communication skills, and maintain impeccable presentation
  • You are responsible, organized, rigorous, and meticulous in your work
  • You show initiative and work autonomously
  • Flexibility and dynamism are essential qualities to succeed in this role
