Full-Stack Engineer (.NET | Azure)

About Us

We are a leading mobility provider in Luxembourg, operating public transport, shuttles, and on-demand services across the region. Our Digital Factory shapes how we modernise our operations and create the tools that support thousands of daily journeys. The Foundry is our hands-on development unit where meaningful digital products are built with purpose and clarity.

About Our Digital Transformation

We are building a modern digital backbone that connects software engineering, data pipelines, and AI. Our ecosystem is intentionally Microsoft-first, and we are standardising on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and the Power Platform as our long-term foundation for backend services, data integration, and analytics. The Foundry works closely with the Data Foundation to create solutions that are fast to use, reliable in production, and scalable across countries as we grow. This transformation is about enabling our teams with systems that bring transparency, speed, and stability to everyday operations.

About Your Role

You will join The Foundry as a full-stack engineer working primarily in a .NET and Azure environment, designing and building backend services, APIs, and integrations that support our internal digital products.

You will work on application logic that connects planning tools, IoT fleets, finance systems, and HR platforms. This includes building and evolving backend services, integration logic, and shared components that are reused across multiple products and platforms.

The role covers the full lifecycle of backend and integration work. You will design APIs, structure shared libraries, handle data flows as part of application logic, and contribute to features within The Foundry when backend or integration work is required. The focus is on building solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and ready to scale.

The role offers variety and autonomy while remaining grounded in product and application development. You will work in a collaborative environment across the Digital Factory, where teams build solutions together and continuously improve shared foundations.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We value learning, curiosity, and a structured approach to exploring unfamiliar topics.

About You

You are used to working with modern development tools and practices, and you care about building services that are maintainable, scalable, and reliable. You are open to contributing to front-end components when required, but your main interests and experience are in backend and integration work.

You approach problems thoughtfully and are comfortable working in environments where requirements evolve and not everything is fully defined upfront. You know how to break problems down, explore constraints, ask questions, and propose pragmatic solutions. Curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to learn are important for success in this role.

This role is intended for people who want to deepen their expertise in Microsoft-based application and integration architectures and apply that knowledge to real-world, operational systems.

Success in This Role

Within your first year, you will have delivered backend services, integrations, and shared components that support key operational areas. You will have improved how applications exchange data, reduced duplication of logic, and contributed features that make internal tools clearer and more reliable. Above all, you will have helped strengthen the foundations of our digital architecture and prepare it for scale.

Why Join Us

You will join an innovative culture that values curiosity, clarity, and quality. You will collaborate with people who care about building tools that make work simpler for planners, drivers, mechanics, and frontline teams. Your work will give the Digital Factory the backbone it needs to scale and will influence how thousands of people move across Luxembourg and beyond. If you want a role where engineering meets purpose and where your ideas turn into real impact, we would be happy to meet you
