For one of the EU Institution, we are currently looking for :

Transaction Operations Support (M/F/D)

Reporting Position: The incumbent will work under the supervision of the experienced (senior) members of the Data Management & Cash Operations (DM&CO) division, to whom he/she will report directly.

Main Missions

  • Manage administrative activities related to cash flow for different product lines.

  • Ensure the operational processing of transactions, including:

  • Capital calls and repayments (in particular for private equity funds).

  • Warranty claims.

  • Disbursement requests (payments).

  • Participate in the development of cash flow forecasts.

  • Perform the reconciliation and reconciliation of cash positions with the various intermediaries.

Profile Sought

  • University degree (minimum Bac+3 / Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Management or a similar field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in finance, financial administration, accounting, auditing, or a comparable environment is required.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of other languages of the European Union is an asset.
  • Additional advantages: A first experience with VBA, efront or Tableau would be a welcome advantage.
