Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

EasyBiz is a Luxembourg-based start-up building the core of a modern fiduciary company. We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with strong Product Ownership expertise to join our team.

This role is not just about design, it is at the intersection of product management, business strategy, and user experience. You'll be responsible for leading the design architecture, business logic, and overall UX, shaping how both our customers and internal teams interact with our products.

You will design client-facing experiences as well as internal tools, collaborating closely with the development team to translate business needs and complex processes into intuitive, scalable solutions. Your work will directly impact how thousands of entrepreneurs launch and manage their businesses, while also improving internal efficiency at EasyBiz.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must have legal residency within the European Union / UK or hold digital nomad status. We value diversity and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.

This position is on-site in Luxembourg and requires fluency in English.

Product & Strategy

• Lead the overall UX strategy and product logic, ensuring design decisions align with business objectives.
• Own the product roadmap and feature prioritization, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
• Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and guide strategic product decisions.
• Drive clarity around complex workflows, simplifying them for end-users and internal teams.
• Serve as the bridge between design, business, and development, facilitating alignment and smooth execution.

Design & Execution

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for both client-facing platforms and internal tools.
• Create prototypes and wireframes to test and validate design ideas.
• Lead the design architecture, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on product features.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in product-driven companies or startups.
• Proven track record of owning both design and product decisions, not just delivering visuals.
• Strong expertise in Figma and other modern design tools.
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Deep understanding of product strategy, business logic, and UX architecture.
• Solid knowledge of development fundamentals to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Experience conducting UX research, usability tests, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Languages: Fluent English; French is a strong plus
