Facility Maintenance and Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the technical team:

  • Planning and distribution of work
  • Staff management and badging
  • Organisational and technical project management

Headquarters personnel management:

  • Management of the micro-space occupancy planning 
  • Charge back of the space occupied by the entities

Security vs. technical equipment:

  • Management and supervision of technical operations, preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Monitoring technical installations and building security
  • Regular assessment and technical inspections
  • Where necessary, organisation of emergency repairs 
  • Access badges management, from their creation to their cancellation

Maintenance work:

  • Relations and interaction with the Landlord (defects, mandatory inspections, etc.)
  • Contracting, monitoring and management of subcontractors
  • Preparation of tender specifications and take part in tender negotiations  Analyses, interventions, repairs
  • Organization and coordination of moves, space optimization
  • Follow-up of internal and subcontracted interventions
  • Material and spare parts management
  • Search for technical information
  • Participation in the quality and environment process
  • Management of the energy consumption and energy contracting
  • Management of events logistic
  • Technical projects coordination

Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in maintenance, as electrician or building management
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in an office environment 
  • Languages: French and English fluent, Luxembourgish and/or German would bring a competitive advantage
  • Proficient in communication skills, oral, verbal and written practices 
  • Available and service driven
  • Autonomous, rigorous and discreet
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Ability to collaborate, to remain calm in any situation and open-minded 
  • Good knowledge of Windows Applications
