Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Foyer Assurances recherche pour son service Marketing & Communication, un(e) Strategic Marketing Officer.

Responsabilités

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Marketing & Communication, le/la Strategic Marketing Officer est chargé(e) d'analyser et d'interpréter les données marché et clients afin d'identifier les opportunités et besoins clés. Il/elle développe des propositions de valeur alignées sur les attentes du marché et les objectifs, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes Product Management et Business Development. Avec le marketing opérationnel, il/elle pilote la mise en marché des solutions et anime les segments stratégiques. Enfin, il/elle assure un suivi des performances et optimise les stratégies.

Vos missions :
  • Organiser, coordonner et interpréter les études de marché et enquêtes clients
  • Identifier les opportunités et besoins à partir des données recueillies, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Élaborer des propositions de valeur pertinentes et différenciantes, alignées avec les attentes du marché et les objectifs
  • En collaboration avec le Business Development, identifier et négocier des partenariats potentiels avec des entreprises, organisations ou institutions pour renforcer les propositions de valeur et les opportunités
  • S'assurer que les offres développées répondent aux besoins identifiés grâce à une étroite collaboration avec le service Product Management.
  • Travailler conjointement avec l'équipe Marketing Opérationnelle pour assurer le déploiement des offres sur le marché
  • Développer, animer et superviser les segments de clientèle identifiés comme stratégiques pour maximiser leur potentiel
  • Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour mesurer l'efficacité des actions stratégiques et ajuster les plans en conséquence.
Compétences requises :
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +4/5 d'une Ecole de Commerce, Economie ou Marketing.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience similaire de 5 ans minimum.
  • Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances du marché luxembourgeois, de l'environnement politique, assurantiel et bancaire.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, le luxembourgeois est un atout.
  • Vous avez d'excellentes capacités d'analyse. Vous êtes proactif et orienté solutions. Vous avez un tempérament de leader et pouvez travailler en toute autonomie.
