Your job in a nutshell

As part of our development, we are looking for a Junior Employee Benefits Officer to support our clients and partners in Luxembourg. By joining us, you will be in charge of the employee benefits pension schemes of our clients (companies) and managing the day-to-day tasks of the department.

What to Expect

Management, monitoring and customer support (Employee Benefits pension schemes):

  • Administration and monitoring of the existing client's portfolio (full cycle of a supplementary pension scheme)
  • Management of customer and partner requests, including HR departments, affiliates, and brokers
  • Control and support of files in compliance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force (e.g. AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS)
  • Analysis of specific business needs and proposal of appropriate solutions
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners

Daily management of the activity:

  • Support to administrative tasks, such as updating databases or preparing various documents
  • Participation in different projects within the team
What We Expect
  • From BAC+3 (Bachelor) to BAC+5 (Master) diploma in insurance, management or business.
  • First experience in managing the Employee Benefits pension schemes in Luxembourg will be an asset.
  • Good command of English, French and German (all fluent).
  • Good command of computer tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focus and results.
  • Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility.
  • Sense of responsibility and discretion.
