My client is a top-tier international law firm, globally recognized for the quality of its legal advice and its strong positioning on complex and cross-border matters. With offices in all major financial centres worldwide, the firm provides a prestigious international and institutional client base on high-stakes transactions.

The Luxembourg office, composed of around twenty professionals, offers a working environment that combines international standards with a human-sized structure. Lawyers benefit from direct interaction with Partners, close collaboration with international teams and exposure to sophisticated fund structures. As part of the continued growth of its Investment Funds practice in Luxembourg, the firm is now looking to recruit a Senior Fund Lawyer.

Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance Lawyer – Transactions – Regulatory – Law Firm

• Advice on the structuring and ongoing legal management of investment funds, mainly alternative investment funds (AIFs).
• Handle day-to-day legal matters related to funds, working closely with clients, AIFMs and service providers.
• Draft, review and negotiate fund documentation (prospectuses, articles of association, LPAs and related agreements).
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on fund structures.
• Advise a sophisticated international client base on complex fund-related matters.
• Work closely with Partners and international offices on cross-border fund transactions.
  Contribute to the development and visibility of the Funds practice.

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance Lawyer – Transactions – Regulatory – Law Firm

• With 2 to 3 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a law firm in Luxembourg, you have already developed a solid foundation in transactional work.
• You are fluent in English and French, enabling you to work comfortably with international clients and teams.
• You hold a master's degree in law and have a genuine interest in banking, finance and financial markets.
• Knowledge or exposure to regulatory matters is considered an advantage, though not mandatory.
• You are motivated, detail-oriented and eager to continue developing within a high-standard international law firm.
