FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
This function will join the Quality Control & Mobile team, reporting to the head of the team. In this role you will work on quality-control-related activities for the three teams (FA, TA and PETAL) and occasionally help the production teams during peak periods.

Quality Control
Contribute to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs developed with our BI platform (Tableau).Coordinate transversal reporting.Contribute to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery.Identify areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework, based on your experience in other teams and departments. Education:
Master's degree in Business administration or engineering (finance, IT, mathematics).Requested experience:
1 to 3 years' experience in project management and change management, Process / data modelling, Fund operations or banking sector.Technical skills:
Project Management skills.Data analysis and office tools skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, etc.).Soft skills:
Organisational skills.Diligent in achieving objectives.Strong analytical and synthesis skills.Effective communication abilities and good interpersonal skills.Commitment-oriented mindset and a team spirit.Language skills:
