Sr Legal Officer – Human-Sized Fiduciary, Healthy Work Environment

It is a pleasure to introduce you to an opportunity with one of our clients. The fiduciary is located in the city center and offers an excellent work environment. The offices are brand new, spacious, and designed to ensure the comfort of all employees. You will find high-quality office furniture and modern IT tools. Furthermore, a large terrace is available for fresh air breaks and is also equipped to allow you to work outside on sunny days.

The team is human-sized, composed of around 10 professionals, which allows strong relationships to be built among colleagues. Your Responsibilities | Legal – Corporate officer – Corporate – CoSec – Law – Fiduciary

  • You will be responsible for organizing board meetings and drafting minutes.
  • You will be asked to draft and review various documents such as loan agreements, resolutions, and certain contracts based on templates.
  • You will liaise with banks regarding the opening and closing of bank accounts.
  • You will be in contact with third parties such as lawyers, notaries, and auditors.
  • You will review documents and ensure their compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
  • You will have direct contact with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Corporate officer – Corporate – CoSec – Law – Fiduciary

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a fiduciary or a PFS in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in English; any additional language will be considered an asset.
  • To be efficient in this position, you are well-organized and proactive, which is essential to meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrating stability in your career path is important to reflect a strong fit with the company's culture.

  • You will earn a salary of up to 70,000€ gross/year, depending on your knowledge and experience.
