Sr Legal Officer – Complex Transactions, Flexibility

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Law – Jurist – Corporate officer – Regulatory

  • You will manage a portfolio of holding and financing structures, guiding them through their corporate lifecycle.
  • You will prepare, draft, and review legal documents such as contracts, minutes, and resolutions.
  • You will coordinate with external stakeholders including notaries, lawyers, banks, and auditors.
  • You will ensure regulatory compliance in Luxembourg, working in close collaboration with compliance colleagues.
  • You will have the opportunity to maintain direct contact with clients and support them in their day-to-day requests.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Law – Jurist – Corporate officer – Regulatory

  • You will bring at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, ideally within a fiduciary or a PFS.
  • You will be fluent in English; any additional language will strengthen your application.
  • You will demonstrate a structured and proactive mindset, enabling you to manage deadlines with efficiency.
  • A degree in law will highlight your solid foundation in corporate matters.
  • You will ideally have knowledge of tax aspects, which will allow you to handle more complex transactions.
