As a product owner within our digital impulse team, you will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will not just manage a backlog; you will orchestrate the growth strategy of digital solutions, ensuring that every feature delivered creates maximum value for our clients. Your ability to make decisive trade-offs and lead with a practical execution mindset will be key to driving meaningful digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy;
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery;
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria;
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team;
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective sessions from a product perspective;
• Make decisive trade-offs regarding scope, budget, and timeline

What we're looking for

Must-have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a product owner in digital transformation contexts;
• Proven expertise in backlog prioritization techniques (e.g., moscow, kano, wsjf) and roadmap planning;
• Fluent in both french and english (spoken and written);
• Deep experience with agile delivery (scrum, kanban, safe);
• Proficiency with backlog management tools such as jira and/or azure devops;
• Proven experience in a second specialisation such as UX/UI, data analytics, business analysis, presales, or sector advisory;

Nice-to-have:

• Education: Academic background in business, management, it, engineering, or equivalent;
• Certifications: Certifications in pspo, cspo, safe po/pm or equivalent;
• Sector knowledge: Experience working across both private and public sector organisations or industry-specific expertise (e.g., finance, public sector);
• Product analytics: Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., google analytics, power bi).
