The Finance Business Planning Specialist supports the strategic financial planning processes of the Group, with a focus on predictive simulations, scenario analysis, and benchmarking with competitors of key financial drivers.
The role contributes to the development and evolution of the Rolling Strategic Planning, ensuring consistency across long-term guidelines and operational targets.
It plays a key role in supporting CEO guidelines through scenario generation and financial target setting, leveraging both technical expertise in planning tools and analytical skills in interpreting financial trends and variances.
The position also drives benchmarking initiatives and supports cross-functional finance projects.

Thanks to your analytical skills, you will contribute to the evolution and execution of the Rolling PS. You will run financial simulations and scenario analyses to support the definition of targets, ensure consistency with long-term strategic guidelines, and maintain planning tools with accuracy and reliability.

You will carry out benchmarking analyses on key financial drivers, interpret trends and variances from the market, and perform consistency checks between long-term guidelines and the Rolling PS. You will also provide ad hoc financial insights to help identify opportunities across categories and geographies, and communicate your findings clearly to senior management.

Thanks to your ability to combine technical and analytical expertise, you will manage planning tools, ensure the robustness of simulation models, and contribute to Finance projects focused on innovation, digitalization, and simplification.

Thanks to your academic background in Finance, Business Management or a related field, you will bring a strong professional foundation supported by at least five years of experience in Finance. You will demonstrate solid knowledge of financial planning processes, from strategic target setting to analysis, and the ability to manage projects and cross-functional initiatives effectively.

You will apply excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and generate clear insights. Thanks to your communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will collaborate across functions and present findings with clarity to senior leadership. You will also make use of your technical proficiency in MS Office, and ideally your knowledge of SAP, Oracle or HFM.

You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, showing self-drive, independence, and a strong sense of ownership. Thanks to your motivation and initiative, you will manage multiple priorities and deadlines while contributing to results proactively. Fluency in English, spoken and written, will support your interactions across teams and geographies.
