Le consultant interviendra dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation digitale visant à améliorer les parcours clients sur les canaux digitaux (web, mobile, portail client, espace pro).
L'objectif principal est de concevoir et optimiser des expériences utilisateur fluides, accessibles et cohérentes tout au long du parcours client, en conciliant enjeux business, techniques et design.
Environnement / ContexteProjet stratégique de digitalisation bancaire (refonte portail client, app mobile, espace pro).
Collaboration directe avec les équipes internes (Product Owners, Développeurs, Marketing Digital).
Méthodologie agile (Scrum / SAFE).
Environnement international, multilingue.
Stack technique / OutilsUX Research & Design : Figma, Miro, Maze, Hotjar.
UI Design : Figma, Adobe XD, Design Systems (Material / Fluent / interne).
Prototype & Tests utilisateurs : InVision, Lookback, Usertesting.
Méthodologies : Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprint, Accessibility by Design.
Compétences attenduesMinimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en UX/UI Design, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire, assurance ou fintech.
Solide expertise en CX et Design System.
Capacité à transformer des insights utilisateurs en solutions concrètes et mesurables.
Maîtrise des standards d'accessibilité (WCAG) et des principes responsive / mobile-first.
Forte capacité de facilitation d'ateliers et de communication avec les équipes métier.
Durée / Dispo / LieuDurée : 6 à 12 mois renouvelables
Lieu : Luxembourg Ville
Remote : possible jusqu'à 2 jours / semaine
Démarrage souhaité : dès que possible
