About the Role

As our Senior Implementation Specialist, you'll roll up your sleeves and lead from the front, ensuring smooth onboarding and configuration of our cutting-edge platform for enterprise customers.

You'll dive deep into technical challenges—tackling SQL queries, XML templates, and complex customer requirements—while also guiding and supporting a junior team member to grow and succeed. Your knack for translating business needs into practical solutions will shape every step of the implementation journey, from kickoff to go-live (and every optimization in between).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and actively contribute to customer implementation cycles, ensuring high-quality configuration of our logistics procurement software.
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to a junior Implementation Specialist, helping them develop skills and solve problems.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues (e.g., SQL queries, XML/XSLT templates), working closely with Project Managers and Product/Development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to optimize implementation processes through AI usage, automation, documentation, and adoption of best practices.
• Liaise with Product and Development to report bugs, follow up on fixes, and stay updated on product roadmaps.
• Contribute feedback for product improvements based on customer interactions and implementation experience.
• Support knowledge sharing by developing or updating documentation and process standards.

Basic requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience (typically 5+ years) in software implementation, technical consulting, or logistics/LogTech industry.
• Proficient in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) and XML/XSLT template maintenance.
• Experience working with ticketing tools, incident management, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; any other languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is an advantage.

Preferred requirements

• Prior work experience in SaaS environments or with enterprise customers.
• Proven record of process automation or optimization in an implementation context.
• Experience working in multicultural, global teams.
