, providing trading platforms and investment solutions across Europe. We are currently seeking a motivated
Part-Time Accountant (50%)
to join our Luxembourg office. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, human-sized company with a strong reputation.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting
for the Luxembourg entity: collect and prepare documents, post journal entries using accounting software - Process and track payments
for invoices - Consolidate financial data
with German and French branches - Prepare regulatory reports
for authorities and depositary banks - Handle VAT and income tax returns
- Draft annual financial statements
- Coordinate with external auditors:
gather documentation, follow up on open items, track deliverables - Support branch accounting
(Germany and France) by preparing relevant documentation - Report financial performance
to management and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis - Maintain and update accounting procedures
- Contribute to internal projects
and act as alternate when needed
Your Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting, ideally within a financial institution
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and discretion with financial data
- Fluency in French and English; German is a plus
