As a Senior Microsoft Security Engineer, you will act as a strategic advisor and technical authority. You will bridge the gap between governance and implementation, designing robust security architectures that protect critical assets across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

What you will do:

• Advise: Provide cybersecurity guidance during presales, participate in solution design, and interpret security frameworks for client environments;
• Design & Implement: Assist in the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls, policies, and technical architectures in complex environments;
• Deliver Excellence: Produce security deliverables including reports, technical assessments, and client-facing presentations;
• Engage: Foster a strong cybersecurity culture (awareness sessions, workshops, and tailored documentation);
• Support: Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to support delivery in complex environments and assist in developing reusable internal toolkits;
• Stay Ahead: Stay current on cybersecurity threats, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve service quality.

What we are looking for

Technical-skills:

• Cloud Security: Implementing security controls in Azure, AWS, or GCP (e.g., identity management, secure configurations, cloud-native tools);
• Identity: Authentication/Authorization, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Management;
• Endpoint Protection: Deploying, monitoring, and tuning EDR/EPP platforms (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, Cylance) and managing incidents;
• Network Security: Reviewing firewall/VPN/IDS rules, understanding network protocols and segmentation, and troubleshooting issues from a security standpoint;
• Data Protection: Applying DLP policies (Microsoft Purview), data classification, encryption, and understanding privacy requirements (GDPR);
• SIEM & Monitoring: Exposure to security monitoring, rule tuning, and incident triage using SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar);
• Vulnerability Management: Proficiency in scoping and running scans, analyzing reports, and supporting remediation (Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7);
• Languages: Fluency in both French and English.

Nice-to-have

• Advanced skills in identity, endpoint, network, data, vulnerability, or monitoring solutions;
• Experience in regulated environments (Finance, Healthcare, Critical Infrastructure);
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, ISO 27001 Implementer, or equivalent.
