This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager in Luxembourg. This role offers the opportunity to lead the evolution of a high-impact SaaS product used by a global customer base, shaping features from concept to launch in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. You will define and own the product roadmap, translate business goals and user needs into clear priorities, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. By balancing strategy, execution, and data-driven decision-making, you will drive meaningful improvements to product performance and customer satisfaction.   • Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical priorities.
  • Drive prioritization decisions by balancing stakeholder input, engineering capacity, customer feedback, and strategic objectives.
  • Define product problems, scope, success criteria, and trade-offs to enable efficient and high-quality delivery.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product design to support development, testing, and release execution.
  • Communicate priorities, timelines, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Define, implement, track, and report product performance metrics to guide continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.Proven experience shaping, prioritizing, and maintaining a product roadmap.Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with product metrics and analytics tools.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Highly organized with strong prioritization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Fast learner with the ability to understand new domains, complex systems, and evolving user needs.Bonus points for experience with WordPress, Jira, Confluence, dashboard creation, and high-autonomy product ownership.
