Your responsibilities

As a Security IT Service Delivery Coordinator (Intern), you will support the delivery and coordination of critical security projects. Your tasks will include:

  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Support

  • Assist in the rollout and operationalization of the new PKI, including key management and certificate lifecycle processes.

  • Document procedures and support audits in collaboration with security and compliance teams.
  • Data Loss Protection (DLP) Project Support

  • Help implement DLP solutions to safeguard sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).

  • Monitor system alerts, assist in incident response, and document remediation actions.
  • Support user training and awareness initiatives related to data protection.
  • Cloud Migration for Secure Transport Service

  • Assist in planning and executing the migration of Secure Transport services to cloud platforms.

  • Validate secure configuration, encryption, and access controls during and after migration.
  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • General Service Delivery Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and track progress of security projects, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Prepare project documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication channels between project teams, vendors, and business units.

Your profile

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT-related discipline and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated within the last 6 months.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and IT service management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ITIL processes is an asset.
  • Strong skills in technical documentation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to security best practices.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentations and visual materials.
  • Fluency in English.
