Your Responsibilities | Treasury Officer – Asset Management - Luxembourg

• Responsible for financial reporting, including the analysis and interpretation of financial data and the preparation of reports for senior management.
• Managed invoicing and banking operations, ensuring accurate processing of internal and external invoices, payments (invoices, distributions, capital calls), and reconciliations across multiple e-banking platforms.
• Coordinated data and cross-functional collaboration with management, accounting, administrative, and HR teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  Drove process and system improvements by conducting system analyses and working closely with IT to enhance data collection, reporting efficiency, and interdepartmental workflows.

Profile and Career Path | Treasury Officer – Asset Management - Luxembourg

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within Luxembourg, which has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of the local professional environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is the main working language. Knowledge of French will be considered a strong asset and will facilitate day-to-day communication.
• You are eager to join a multicultural organization and motivated to further enhance your language skills in an international setting.
  Finally, you demonstrate a strong interest in IT tools and digital solutions; being comfortable with such tools will be considered a valuable advantage and will support your efficiency in the role.
