Treasury Administrator

International group with a Luxembourg-based office in Bertrange. You will join a small, close-knit team while being part of a larger international organization. The role is based in Luxembourg, with reporting to Belgium.

As Treasury Administrator & Analyst, you will cover both administrative and analytical treasury activities.

Administration responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for banks and external parties regarding KYC matters.

Prepare documentation for the opening and closing of bank accounts.

Maintain and update company information to ensure regulatory compliance.

Prepare and update tax documentation.

Collect signatures and manage related administrative processes.

Respond to audit requests and support SOX compliance audits.

Administer and maintain the company's digital banking platforms.

Analytical responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, cash pooling and liquidity planning (cash flow forecasting).

Support the analysis of cash flows.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Assist in processing non-operational payments (acquisitions, capital increases, etc.).

Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives (variance analysis, management reporting, etc.).

Prepare and analyze recurring periodic reports.

Ensure alignment between Treasury systems and ERP.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree with a first relevant professional experience.

Administrative all-rounder with a strong interest in finance and numbers.

Solid understanding of financial reporting is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP, Kyriba or a similar Treasury system, as well as Power BI / Power Query, is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.

Well-organized, analytical and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently and proactively.

Flexible, eager to learn and comfortable with change.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes.

Willing to travel regularly to the Belgian office based on mutually agreed schedules.
