Treasury Risk Manager
, based in
Luxembourg
, to play a key role in our global financing structure.

The role is based in Luxembourg, and the successful candidate must be a Luxembourg resident or an EU-based candidate willing to relocate.

This is a
high-visibility role
combining hands-on treasury operations with
formal governance responsibility
, including appointment to the
Board of Directors
of our Luxembourg financing company (LuxDeptCo).

As Treasury Risk Manager,
you will take ownership of the day-to-day treasury and finance activities of Lux DebtCo, while acting as a trusted partner to Group Treasury and other global functions.

You will:

• Provide
  in-country signatory capacity
  and governance oversight
• Ensure
  robust financial control, compliance, and reporting
• Support
  intercompany financing and transfer-pricing frameworks
• Contribute to treasury
  transformation and improvement initiatives

You will be required to attend
periodic board meetings in person in Luxembourg
.

What you'll be responsible for:

Governance and Compliance

• Monitor debt facilities, covenants, and financial instruments to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financing agreements, and the legal entity governance.

Financial Control and Reporting

• Ensure accurate booking of financing transactions and interest accruals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on cash flow, loan portfolio, and financial performance for Group Treasury.
• Support statutory audits and regulatory filings.

Intercompany Loan Pricing and Transfer Pricing Compliance

• Periodically review and update loan pricing methodologies to remain compliant with OECD and local tax regulations.
• Set and review intercompany loan interest rates in line with transfer pricing guidelines and market benchmarks.

Supportive Tasks

• Support the Head of Treasury in the execution of treasury-related projects, including process enhancements, system implementations, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and control.
• Assist in driving treasury transformation initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with Group Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams on financing structure, documentation, and costs.

What you bring

Education

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• At least
  5 years' experience
  in corporate treasury, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong exposure to
  intercompany financing and complex group structures.
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across functions and geographies.

Skills

• Excellent understanding of liquidity management, FX, and financial instruments
• Strong knowledge of intercompany loan management and transfer pricing principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
