Pour notre centrale téléphonique, nous recherchons plusieurs « Agents Call Center » (m/f/n)

Responsabilités

  • Prise en charge des appels téléphoniques
  • Vente active des produits de taxis, conseil à la clientèle
  • Saisie des réservations de taxis
  • Garantir un service de haute qualité de réponse

Compétences requises

  • Disposer d'une expérience probante en centre d'appel si possible
  • Avoir un excellent relationnel et des talents de communicateur
  • Disposer de bonnes connaissances géographiques
  • Maîtriser les outils de télécommunications et informatiques
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le luxembourgeois, français, allemand et l'anglais (toute autre langue est considérée comme un avantage)
  • Avoir une bonne capacité d'écoute et un esprit orienté client
  • Être serviable, poli, rigoureux, organisé et résistant au stress
  • Avoir un esprit d'équipe développé
  • Être prêt à travailler sur des horaires décalés
