About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally bright, high-potential Engineer with a strong economics background to join our leadership team as Head of CEO Office - Transformation Lead.

This is a rare opportunity for a young, ambitious professional (typically 3 – 6 years of experience).

You will be the driving force behind the company's strategic execution and transformation agenda, with a strong focus on AI, automation, and operational excellence. You will work side-by-side with the CEO across strategy, delivery, and problem-solving—an ideal stepping stone toward a future C-level career.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & CEO Office

  • Shape and structure the CEO's priorities, decisions, and communication.
  • Prepare strategic notes, board materials, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure alignment and momentum across teams and projects.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven solutions across the organisation.
  • Identify automation opportunities (internal processes, customer workflows, data flows).
  • Build rapid prototypes, evaluate tools, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Translate AI capabilities into business value, not just ideas.

Transformation & Execution

  • Lead transformation projects end-to-end (technology, operations, organisation, customer value).
  • Take ownership of key initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Work directly with teams to unblock issues, refine requirements, and track progress.
  • Roll up your sleeves when needed, modeling, drafting, analysing, testing.
  • Bring structure, pace, and discipline to transformation.
  • Apply AI capabilities across the business to boost efficiency and insight.
  • Monitor KPIs, risks, and project progress for the CEO.
Cross-Functional Influence
  • Work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Facilitate structured communication across the leadership team.
  • Act as an extension of the CEO in high-stakes meetings.

Your Profile

  • Engineer by education with a strong grasp of economics, systems thinking, and business logic.
  • Demonstrated track record of building or deploying AI applications, automation workflows, or data-driven tooling.
  • A true doer: hands-on, practical, execution-driven—not just PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, structured thinking, and clarity of communication.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work with executives while staying humble and hands-on.
  • Excellent English; French is a strong advantage.
  • Eligible to work in Luxembourg.
  • Ambitious and ready to grow into a future C-level leader.
