We are currently looking for a Office Manager on behalf of one of our clients based in Luxembourg, a recognised player in the Metal Industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main duties will include:
Meeting rooms management according to requests for beverages, services and set-ups
Assisting organizers of management meetings on the premises
Active participation with organizers in the preparation and organization of events
Management of beverage request files with cost centers, in liaison with assistants or other requesters
Ensures cleanliness of management meeting rooms
Overseeing hygiene in coffee corners and kitchenettes
Mail distribution and collection at the internal post office, according to the schedule drawn up for our premises
Management of buffer stocks and minor interventions on multi-function printers (replenishment of consumables, occasional assistance to users)
Checks and implements office signage when changes are made
We are looking for a candidate with
High school diploma or general education degree
2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Languages: demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English and French, additional languages as Luxembourgish, German would bring a competitive advantage
Skills & Specifications
Proficient in communication skills, oral, verbal and written practices
Autonomous, rigorous and discreet
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
High level of professional personal presentation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
Ability to collaborate, to remain calm in any situation and open-minded
Good knowledge of Windows Applications
Because you will be on a daily basis in relation with high managers, customers, guests and visitors, you must have excellent customer service skills, be a problem-solver, and really service driven.
