Granday Recruitment Associates  has been mandated to work in exclusivity with one of the most fast growing audit firm in Luxembourg. Continuously looking for new talents, they are currently looking for a Junior Corporate Services Officer

Junior Corporate Services Officer Mission:

Administrative support:

• Monitor legal and corporate documents to make sure they’re accurate and accessible;
• Ensure the follow up on corporate approvals ahead of signings/closings and organize and participate in board meetings accordingly (director & advisor availability coordination; notices & board pack preparation, as well as follow up on board minutes);
• Tracking and checking documents (legislation, signature…);
• You take care of the day-to-day operations of companies and following up with third parties, including investors and clients;
• Liasing with your clients and third parties (banks, notaries, lawyers, tax advisors, ministry of foreign affairs) as well as the Luxembourgish Administrations;
• Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings;
• Close collaboration with the accounting/Finance department.

Liquidation /audit to the liquidation support:

• Supporting the team in the coordination of the whole process of liquidation/auditor to the liquidation assignments. Those assignments cover all types of companies, ranging from unregulated entities, to companies supervised by the CSSF;
• Assisting the team and services providers in the management of the liquidating entities (payment approvals, portfolio sales, cash reconciliation, advance on liquidation proceeds, remaining invoices, tax forms, termination agreements…);
• Dealing with all the accounting liquidation procedures such as balance sheet clearance, preparing liquidation accounts and liquidator's reports/ auditor to the liquidation ‘s reports;
• Supporting detailed financial reviews of the liquidation accounts based on agreed roadmap.
• You review tax returns and tax balances and maintaining relevant contacts with the tax authorities;

Audit Assistance:

• You are handling the company’s accounts and collaborating in the preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports for the company’s entities;
• You responding to clients' requests in terms of audits planning in close collaboration with external audit département, if needed.  
• reviewing financial statements and records to guarantee correctness and adherence to regulatory benchmarks
• Preparing Audit Reports and Documentation

 Junior Corporate Services Officer Profile:

• Hold a Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Audit or Finance.
• Good command of Luxembourg taxes (CIT, MBT, NWT, subscription tax, VAT)
• Perfect English and French written and spoken, fluency in any other foreign language is an advantage;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• strong client focus oriented with the ability to establish and develop lasting and trusting relationships with new and existing clients;
• An ability to effectively priotize tasks and be efficient;
• Adapt easily to new environment and can work with a variety of people;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• You have strong command using MS Office;
• Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability, proactivity and respect of confidentiality;
• You demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, flexibility and strong communication skills.
