Pour notre centrale téléphonique, nous recherchons plusieurs
« Agents Call Center » (m/f/n)
Responsabilités
- Prise en charge des appels téléphoniques
- Vente active des produits de taxis, conseil à la clientèle
- Saisie des réservations de taxis
- Garantir un service de haute qualité de réponse
Compétences requises
- Disposer d'une expérience probante en centre d'appel si possible
- Avoir un excellent relationnel et des talents de communicateur
- Disposer de bonnes connaissances géographiques
- Maîtriser les outils de télécommunications et informatiques
- Maîtriser parfaitement le luxembourgeois, français, allemand et l'anglais (toute autre langue est considérée comme un avantage)
- Avoir une bonne capacité d'écoute et un esprit orienté client
- Être serviable, poli, rigoureux, organisé et résistant au stress
- Avoir un esprit d'équipe développé
- Être prêt à travailler sur des horaires décalés

Zuständigkeiten
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen per E-Mail und Telefon
- Aktive Kundenberatung sowie anschließender Verkauf von Taxifahrten
- Fallabschließende Beantwortung von allgemeinen Fragen und Weiterleitung spezieller Anfragen zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Koordination von Taxibuchungen
Obligatorische Anforderungen
- Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute geographische Kenntnisse
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Fließend in Luxemburgisch, Französisch, Deutsch und Englisch (jede andere Sprache wird als Vorteil betrachtet)
- Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freundlichkeit sind für Sie keine Fremdwörter
- Sie sind motiviert und lassen sich auch von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, sowie Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten nicht abschrecken
