Your day at NTT DATA We are seeking a motivated AI Agent Development Intern to join our Go-to-Market Department. This role focuses on designing and building intelligent agents that streamline workflows, enhance cross-team collaboration, and improve operational efficiency. The intern will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive processes, and deliver AI-powered solutions. Key responsibilities:

• Research & Development : Explore AI agent frameworks, LLMs, and automation tools to identify the best fit for department needs.Prototype, test, and iterate on AI agent solutions.

• Process Automation :Analyze existing workflows in the Services Department to pinpoint inefficiencies. Build AI agents to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, reporting, knowledge retrieval, or customer case triaging.

• Integration & Implementation :Connect AI agents with existing enterprise tools, knowledge bases, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, CRM, ticketing systems).Ensure smooth integration between services and support teams through automation.

• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain clear documentation of AI agent design, capabilities, and usage guidelines.Provide regular progress updates to the Services leadership team.
