VBS is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Intern to join our Human Resources department for the first semester 2026.
As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide support to the team mainly for reporting and administration, but also training development and recruitment. Moreover, you will participate in the implementation of a new HRIS
The ideal candidate should share our core values: accountability, trust, and client satisfaction, embodying them in their daily actions and decisions.
Your mission
Providing support for various administrative requests;
Assisting in response to employees' HR questions (internal policies, administrative documents, certificates, etc.);
Contributing to time management;
Supporting the recruitment process;
Participating in the organization of training sessions (invitations, scheduling, attendance tracking);
Collaborating on cross-functional HR projects (digitalization, archiving, onboarding, internal communication, HRIS, etc.).
Your profile
Be enrolled in a university or college program in Human resources (Bachelor's or Master's degree);
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and listening abilities;
Attention to details and organizational skills;
Excellent team spirit, availability, proactivity and willingness to learn;
Demonstrated ability to work with and preserve confidential information.
