Missions :

Support opérationnel des fonds :

  • Surveiller les niveaux de trésorerie et les prévisions de flux de trésorerie des Fonds ;
  • Participer au processus budgétaire trimestriel et annuel et à la mise à jour des outils de suivi au niveau de structures (Fond + SPVs) ;
  • Suivi des mouvements de trésorerie ;
  • Suivi des aspects fiscaux (taxe et TVA) de nos structures ;
  • Soutenir le lancement de nouveaux fonds et de SPV d'investissement au Luxembourg.

Reporting et contrôle des fonds :

  • Mettre à jour et assurer l'exactitude des données dans le système de déclaration des fonds (eFront)
  • Contrôler (par le biais de contrôles de répertoire ou de contrôles clés) le fond NAV préparé par le comptable/administrateur externe
  • Assurer la qualité des données et communiquer les KPI des fonds aux autres départements du groupe (Finance, Investissement, Ventes, Conformité….)
  • Mettre à jour le dépositaire de l'ensemble des investissements réalisés par le fonds et des opérations avec les investisseurs
  • Participer à l'examen périodique et à la rédaction des procédures internes

Analyse financière et suivi des performances :

  • Analyser la performance des fonds, les projections de flux de trésorerie et préparer des rapports ad hoc pour les investisseurs
  • Comprendre les statuts du fonds et préparer des documents de synthèse

Fund operational support :

  • Monitor Fund cash levels and cashflow forecasts,
  • Participate to annual and quarterly budget preparation and update our internal follow-up system,
  • Follow-up on cash movements,
  • Fiscal monitoring (tax and VAT) for our structures (Funds and SPVs),
  • Support the launch of new funds and investment SPV in Luxembourg.

Fund reporting and controlling :

  • Update and ensure the accuracy of data in the fund reporting system (eFront),
  • Control (through reperformance or key controls) the Fund NAV prepared by the external accountant/administrator,
  • Ensure quality of data and communicate fund KPI to other departments within the group (Finance, Investment team, Sales, compliance….)
  • Update the fund Depository/Custodian of all investments made by the fund and operations with investors,
  • Participate to the periodical review and drafting of internal procedures.

Financial analysis and performance monitoring :

  • Analyse fund performance, cashflow projections and prepare ad-hoc investor reporting,
  • Understand fund by-laws and prepare summary documents,
Profile :

  • Master 1 ou Master 2 en finance,
  • Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et dynamique, vous savez faire preuve de curiosité et d'enthousiasme,
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel,
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
