A propos de la mission

Dans le cadre du renforcement des activités IT, le Coordinateur IT aura pour rôle de soutenir directement le responsable en charge de plusieurs projets. Vous assurerez la coordination opérationnelle des projets et des prestataires, en veillant au respect des délais, à la clarté des échanges et à la bonne exécution des actions attendues.

Vous interviendrez en interface avec les équipes internes, les prestataires technologiques et les parties prenantes métier. Votre mission consiste à organiser, suivre et structurer l'avancement des sujets, tout en identifiant et remontant rapidement les risques, dérives ou changements de périmètre.

Ce poste offre un cadre idéal pour un profil souhaitant évoluer, à terme, vers des fonctions telles que Product Owner, Service Delivery Manager, ou des rôles IT à plus forte responsabilité.

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Vous justifiez de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle incluant coordination, suivi de projets ou interface entre équipes techniques et métiers.
  • Vous possédez une communication exemplaire, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, avec le français comme première langue et un anglais professionnel.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans les environnements IT, sans être un expert technique : vous comprenez les enjeux, la réglementation, les modèles société de services et les interactions entre les différents acteurs.
  • Vous êtes capable de :
  • participer aux workshops et suivre les actions,
  • coordonner les prestataires et les contrats,
  • organiser, structurer et prioriser les activités,
  • restituer clairement l'état d'avancement,
  • alerter en cas de risque, dérive ou dépassement de deadline.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, pragmatique et faites preuve d'une attitude proactive.
  • Vous avez une présentation soignée, adaptée au secteur financier.
  • Vous appréciez les environnements agiles, dynamiques, et les structures de taille moyenne.
  • L'allemand constitue un atout.
