Position Overview

We are seeking for an experienced professional to join our Lending Middle Office & Loans Administration Team as a Senior Loans Administrator – 1 year CDD (m/f).

By joining this role, you will be responsible for the management of the Bank' Luxembourg and London Loans' portfolio (Corporate and PB Loans) within the local regulatory and group guidelines.

In particular, you will originate and follow up the execution of lending process, which involves loans documentation preparation, disbursements, review of positions, system management, collateral follow up, etc. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from other teams of the Bank involved in such transactions (e.g. Private Banking Relationship Managers, Risk and Credit Management, IT) and will also have interaction with external service providers (e.g. Legal Services, Property Evaluators).

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Prepare loan & security documents corresponding to the approved Credit Facility Report terms and circulate them to the Referral Units, RMs, Clients for signature.
• Structure in the system the Borrowers' Lending Position components (Limit, Commitments, Collaterals etc.)
• Monitor the loans life until full repayment and take the appropriate actions for regularization.
• Disburse the loans and monitor the excesses (Limit, Collateral). Contact Referral Units, RMs and Clients as needed.
• Provide Clients service on regular and ad hoc requests with regards to their lending portfolios (evaluation, certificates, tax reports etc.).
• Execute clients' requests in relation to the credit facilities (e.g. renewals, repayments).
• Administer the daily loans and collaterals expirations.
• Ensure loans codifications as per reporting requirements.
• Prepare reports in relation to the lending portfolio.
• Participate in projects for new/enhancement of existing loans products.

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have minimum 5 years' of experience in the Loans area.
• Hold a Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
• Having knowledge of Greek/UK mortgage market would be a distinct advantage.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have excellent command of English and Greek language. Knowledge of French will be appreciated. 
• Have strong team spirit, analytical skills, multitasking, ability to work under pressure, ability to exhibit ownership.
