Ihr Beitrag zu unserem Erfolg

1. Planung und Durchführung aller Phasen digitaler Transformationen und Core-Banking-Initiativen im Rahmen von lokalen und internationalen Implementierungen

2. Unterstützung von Projekt-/Programmmanagern bei der Einführung agiler Vorgehensweisen und Prozessen

3. Monitoring von Scope, Budget, Zeitplan, Ressourcen und Risiken im Projekt sowie die Etablierung von Strategien für das Risiko-, Change- und Entscheidungsmanagement

4. Aufstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte für das Senior Management zur Sicherstellung von Governance und Transparenz

5. Verbesserung der Customer Experience durch digitale Strategien; enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Digital-Team; Planung und Leitung von Business- und IT-Workshops; Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Entwicklung von Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungs-Methodiken

Ihre Skills

- Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen oder IT

- 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Core-Banking- und/ oder Digital-Transformationsprojekten in der Finanz-/Bankensoftware-Beratung

- Nachweisliche Anwendung von Core-Banking- und Digital-Transformationsstrategien

- Umfangreiche Fachkenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
CRM, Compliance, Risikomanagement, Buchhaltung, Portfolio-Management

- Ausgeprägtes Interesse am Bankensektor, Digital Banking und Transformationsinitiativen

- Fundierte Kommunikations- und Moderations-Skills sowie Stakeholder-Management-Erfahrung mit einem agilen Mindset

- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und internationale Mobilität

- IT skills

- Know-how zu digitalen Banking-Plattformen (z. B. Temenos Infinity, Kony, Backbase)

- Erfahrung mit Core-Banking-Lösungen (z. B. Temenos, Avaloq, Oracle Flexcube)

- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Entwicklung von Methodiken zum Thema Digitalisierung und Optimierung

Languages

- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
